When should we start planning a wedding in Mallorca?

For weddings between May and October we recommend getting in touch 12 to 18 months ahead, as the most sought-after venues and suppliers book early. Shorter timelines are possible depending on your date.

We live abroad. Can we plan everything remotely?

Yes. Most of the planning happens by video call and email, and venue visits are arranged for when you can travel. We share every decision with you and take care of everything on the island.

Can we get legally married in Mallorca?

It depends on your nationality and residency. Many international couples sign the legal paperwork at home and hold a symbolic ceremony in Mallorca, which gives complete freedom over the setting, format and language. We will walk you through the options.

Can you help us find the right venue?

Yes. Venue search is part of Full Planning. We shortlist fincas, estates and spaces that suit your guest count, style and budget, and organise the visits.

Do you also plan events around the wedding?

Yes. We organise welcome dinners, brunches and private celebrations, so the whole weekend feels like one experience.
